Pulaski Financial Corporation

Pulaski Financial Corporation is listed on NASDAQ (PULB). Pulaski Financial Corp. is the holding company for Pulaski Bank. Our primary asset is our investment in the Bank, but we also maintain an investment securities portfolio for liquidity. We have both subordinated debt in the form of trust preferred securities and other borrowings, the proceeds from which have been injected in the Bank as capital. Accordingly, the information set forth in this annual report on Form 10-K, including the consolidated financial statements and related financial data, relates primarily to the Bank. Pulaski Bank provides an array of financial products and services for businesses and retail customers primarily through its eight full-service offices in the St. Louis and Kansas City metropolitan areas.
