Quanta is a leading provider of specialty contracting services, offering end-to-end network solutions to the electric power, gas, telecommunications, cable television, and specialty services industries. We believe that we are the largest contractor serving the transmission and distribution sector of the North American electric utility industry. Our consolidated revenues for the year ended December 31, 2004 were $1.6 billion, of which 64.7% was attributable to electric power and gas customers, 16.8% to telecommunications and cable television system operators and 18.5% to ancillary services, such as inside electrical wiring, intelligent traffic networks, cable and control systems for light rail lines, airports and highways, and specialty rock trenching, directional boring and road milling for industrial and commercial customers.
