Reynolds and Reynolds Company (The) is listed on NYSE (REY). The Reynolds and Reynolds Company (NYSE: REY) was founded in 1866 and became an Ohio corporation in 1889. Reynolds was one of the first printing companies to produce standardized business forms. In 1927, the company began producing standard business forms and paper-based accounting systems for Chevrolet retailers nationwide. This led to the establishment of an automotive division as the company expanded its market to additional automotive retailers. In the 1960s, Reynolds began offering computer services to automotive retailers throughout the United States and expanded its operations into Canada. Today, the company is one of the leading providers of integrated solutions to automotive retailers. The companys software and services solutions include a full range of retail and enterprise management systems.

For internal operational purposes, and for marketing purposes, the Company currently classifies its operations into the following five related divisions: (i) The RF Connector Division designs, manufactures and distributes coaxial connectors; (ii) the Cable Assembly Division assembles and sells cable assemblies that are integrated with coaxial connectors; (iii) the Bioconnect Division manufactures and distributes cabling and interconnect products to the medical monitoring market; (iv) the Aviel Electronics Division designs, manufactures and distributes RF connectors primarily for aerospace and military customers, and (v) the Neulink Division distributes complete wireless data products such as radio frequency data links and wireless modems.
