The Company offers brand-name and designer merchandise at low everyday prices, generally 20% to 60% below regular prices of most department and specialty stores. The Company believes it derives a competitive advantage by offering a wide assortment of quality brand-name merchandise within each of its merchandise categories in an organized and easy-to-shop environment.
