The lease covers the entire 3rd floor of a building located at 172 King Street East, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The original sublease was effective January 21, 1999 and expired February 28, 2004. The sublease was renewed commencing March 1, 2004 and expires February 28, 2009. The initial rent was for $4,265 per month, and is adjusted annually based upon a building cost operating adjustment. Current monthly rent is approximately $3,900.
