Simpson Manufacturing Company Inc. is listed on NYSE (SSD). Simpson Manufacturing Co., Inc. , through its subsidiary, Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. (Simpson Strong-Tie or SST), designs, engineers and is a leading manufacturer of wood-to-wood, wood-to-concrete, wood-to-masonry connectors, screw fastening systems and collated screws, and pre-fabricated shearwalls. SST also offers a full line of adhesives, mechanical anchors and powder actuated tools for concrete, masonry and steel. The Company's subsidiary, Simpson Dura-Vent Company, Inc. (Simpson Dura-Vent or SDV), designs, engineers and manufactures venting systems for gas, wood, oil and pellet burning appliances. The Company markets its products to the residential construction, light industrial and commercial construction, remodeling and do-it-yourself (DIY) markets.
