In August of 1997, TACT became a public company, headquartered in New York, NY. In addition, TACT has an office in Clark, NJ. The Company supports all major computer technology platforms and supports client IT projects by using a broad range of third-party software applications. INDUSTRY BACKGROUND Rapid technological advance, and the wide acceptance and use of the Internet as a driving force in commerce, accelerated the growth of the IT industry through 2001.
