Teton Energy Corporation

Teton Energy Corporation is listed on AMEX (TEC). The Company is an independent energy company engaged primarily in the development, production and marketing of natural gas and oil in North America. We intend to increase stockholder value by profitably growing reserves and production, primarily through drilling operations. We seek high quality exploration and development projects with potential for providing long-term drilling inventories that generate high returns. The Companys current operations are focused in the Rocky Mountain Region of the United States. From its inception until 2004, the Company was primarily engaged in oil and gas exploration, development, and production in Western Siberia, Russia. In July 2004, the Companys shareholders voted to sell its Russian operations to the Companys Russian partner. The sale, which was deemed effective as of July 1, 2004, for accounting purposes, resulted in our reporting a gain of $13,087,000. The purchase price for our 35.
