CORPORATIONS LAW means the Corporations Law of the Australian Capital Territory. DIRECTOR means a director of the Company, and where appropriate includes an Alternate Director. DIRECTORS means all or some of the Directors acting as a board. EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE SCHEME means an employee incentive scheme described in article 2.9. ESOP PARTICIPANT means a Participating Employee as defined in the trust deed relating to an ESOP Trust.
