Too Inc. is listed on NYSE (TOO). We have restated the consolidated balance sheet at January 31, 2004, and the consolidated statements of operations, changes in stockholders' equity and cash flows for the years ended January 31, 2004 and February 1, 2003 in this Annual Report on Form 10-K. We have also restated the quarterly financial information for fiscal 2003 and the first three quarters of fiscal 2004. See Note 14 to the accompanying consolidated financial statements. The restatement also affects periods prior to fiscal 2002. The impact of the restatement on such prior periods has been reflected as an adjustment to retained earnings as of February 2, 2002 in the accompanying consolidated statement of changes in stockholders' equity. We have also restated the applicable financial information for fiscal 2000, fiscal 2001, fiscal 2002 and fiscal 2003 in Item 6. Selected Financial Data. The restatement corrects our historical accounting for operating leases.
