T-3 Energy Services Inc is listed on NASDAQ (TTES). We manufacture, remanufacture and distribute oilfield products and services to the upstream and downstream oil and gas industry primarily in the Gulf Coast region. In addition, we expanded into the Canadian market through the acquisition of the Oilco Group of Canada (Oilco) during the fourth quarter of 2004. Our customers include companies engaged in exploration, production, completion, transportation and processing of oil and gas, and drilling and well servicing contractors. We have historically operated in three segments; however, during the second quarter of 2004, the Company sold substantially all of the remaining assets of its Products segment, other than certain assets used in the Company's custom coatings business. Accordingly, the Products segment's results of operations for 2004, 2003 and 2002 have been reported as discontinued operations.
