Great Wolf Resorts Inc. is listed on NASDAQ (WOLF). As used herein, the terms we, our and us refer to Great Wolf Resorts, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its subsidiaries. All dollar amounts used in this Annual Report on Form 10-K-A are in thousands, except per share amounts and operating statistics. We are a family entertainment resort company that provides our guests with a high-quality vacation at an affordable price. We are the largest owner, operator and developer in the United States of drive-to family resorts featuring indoor waterparks and other family-oriented entertainment activities, based on the number of resorts in operation. We provide a full-service entertainment resort experience to our target customer base: families with children ranging in ages from 2 to 14 years old that live within a convenient driving distance from our resorts. Our resorts provide a consistent and comfortable environment throughout the year where our guests can enjoy our various amenities and activities.
