WVS Financial Corp. is listed on NASDAQ (WVFC). WVS Financial Corp. (WVS) is the parent holding company of West View Savings Bank (West View or the Savings Bank). The Company was organized in July 1993 as a Pennsylvania-chartered unitary bank holding company and acquired 100% of the common stock of the Savings Bank in November 1993. West View Savings Bank is a Pennsylvania-chartered, SAIF-insured stock savings bank conducting business from six offices in the North Hills suburbs of Pittsburgh. The Savings Bank converted to the stock form of ownership in November 1993. The Savings Bank had no subsidiaries at June 30, 2005. Lending Activities General. At June 30, 2005, the Companys net portfolio of loans receivable totaled $60.2 million, as compared to $68.0 million at June 30, 2004. Net loans receivable comprised 14.3% of Company total assets and 36.6% of total deposits at June 30, 2005, as compared to 15.7% and 42.3%, respectively, at June 30, 2004.

Wynn Resorts' predecessor, Valvino Lamore, LLC (Valvino), was formed in April 2000 as a Nevada limited liability company to acquire land and design, develop and finance Wynn Las Vegas, a new destination casino resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. In June 2000, Valvino completed the purchase of the Desert Inn Resort and Casino (the Desert Inn) for approximately $270.0 million plus an adjustment for working capital, and subsequently purchased additional lots located in and around the Desert Inn golf course for an additional $47.8 million. Valvino ceased the operations of the casino in August 2000 to focus on the design and development of Wynn Las Vegas. Valvino continued to operate the Desert Inn golf course until Summer 2002.
